You can find these in many ways: from within, motivational books, websites, and even the support of your family and friends. We need to move away from a one-size-fits-all approach to weight loss. As you embark on this journey, I will help you discover your motivation and guide you toward your goals.

YOU ARE NOT DEFINED BY WHAT YOU WEIGH – LET IT GO – everyone is worthy in their own right, in spite or despite their size or the numbers reflected on a scale. Hold true to that reality – guard it jealously, tenaciously…always!
